Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please contact our Customer Service at 1800-200-4312 in case you wish to cancel the Order, on receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
Provided that your wrong purchases results from our errors, please contact us immediately and provide us with your order number, your name and shipping address, details of the product, a picture of the wrong item and your request on a refund or replacement.
You are allowed to return the wrong products to us within 7 days.
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 12 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
